RAZAFIMANDIMBY Luc

Razafimandimby Luc holds an MSc Development Finance from the University of Reading (UK) and a PhD in Economics of Development from the University of Bordeaux (France). He is a Senior Economist at the World Bank Group Headquarters and joined this institution in 2002. His areas of expertise span macroeconomics and growth, public finance management, fiscal policy, debt policy and debt management. He has worked as Senior Economist across various regions including Africa, Easter European Countries, and Latin America.
