Andrianina Daniel Nirina Rakoto holds an MSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Edinburgh.
His past experience in rural energy development led him to broaden his specialization in economic development and finance.
He currently works as a consultant for financial sector development at the World Bank Group, with a focus on financial inclusion, and climate financing.
His interests lie in designing and supporting innovative financing mechanisms to support inclusive growth, economic resilience, and long-term development.
