Andry holds an Msc Macroeconomic policy from Bradford (after working at INSTAT) and degree of Statistician Economist from ENSEA (ecole des statistique et economie) Abidjan. He has been working at United Nations ECA from 2004 to 2022, prior to ECA, he worked as Director of Budget at Minister of Finance, and Director of National Accounts statistics (Instat).Currently on sabbatical leave, but for sometimes may support development of Madagascar (if requested).
