Alongside a French bachelor’s degree and a national master’s degree in Human Resources Management, I hold an MSc in Organizational Psychology and Business from the University of Leeds. My area of interest focuses on human behavior in organizational settings, with an emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as key components of workforce performance. By encouraging organizations to embrace the power of difference, whether in ethnicity, gender, or working style, my approach relies on the use of evidence-based psychometric tools in selection, performance management, and training and development to support data-driven decision-making across HR processes. Certified as a psychometric test user and registered with the British Psychological Society, I firmly believe that ethical practices in psychological assessment strengthen organizational effectiveness by reducing bias and promoting fairness.
