Nirina is a strategic leader working at the intersection of business optimisation, sustainable development, and cross cultural collaboration. She is currently Head of Strategy and Finance in the CPG industry. Throughout her professional and extra-professional activities, she drives initiatives that strengthen private sector engagement, international partnerships, and responsible investment. Her experience spans strategic advisory, program leadership, decision support systems, and financial forecasting, with a focus on enabling organizations to operate with clarity, data driven insight, and long term resilience.

Owner of an LSE MSc Decision Science, a Master in Economics, and internationally trained professional, Nirina brings a global perspective, bridging complex institutional challenges with operational solutions. She has worked with diverse stakeholders—from development partners to private companies and civil society—facilitating dialogue, shaping strategies, and supporting high impact projects.

Recognized for her analytical rigor, cultural fluency, and collaborative leadership, she is committed to advancing sustainable growth and elevating Madagascar’s role within regional and global space.
