Juliana Andriantsiferana is an international consultant in energy access and rural electrification, working with governments and development partners to advance electricity access across Sub-Saharan Africa.
At INENSUS GmbH, she advises governments and development partners — such as SEforALL, the World Bank/ESMAP, UNICEF, UNDP, and GIZ — on programme design and structuring, market studies and sector assessments, financing, impact measurement, and complex financial and analytical modelling. Her work spans health, education, productive uses of energy, e-cooking, and e-mobility, supporting the broader objectives of Mission 300, the flagship World Bank and AfDB initiative to expand electricity access across Africa by 2030. Prior to INENSUS, she spent three years as Technical Advisor with GIZ PERER in Madagascar, providing technical assistance to the Ministry of Energy and the Rural Electrification Agency, and advising on the design of the national electrification framework.
