Landy is an education professional with experience in social research, policy, and programme implementation in Madagascar. Her work has focused on preschool education, foundational learning and basic education, girls’ education, youth skills, and education-to-employment pathways. She is primarily interested in human development, particularly issues related to youth, gender and social inequalities and currently serves as an Education Specialist with the World Bank Group, supporting education projects, research and policy dialogue in East and Southern Africa.
