Miarotiana Andriatsirofomaniraka holds an MSc in Finance and Management from the University of Exeter. With a background in finance, operations, and international development, she currently serves as an Operations Analyst at the United Nations Population Fund, supporting programmes across Madagascar, Comoros, Seychelles, and Mauritius. She has worked across budget planning, financial management, and programme operations within the United Nations system, supporting complex development portfolios in Madagascar. Passionate about leadership, governance, and lifelong learning, she is particularly interested in organizational effectiveness, public service, and cross-cultural exchange.
