Miora RAKOTOARIMANANA

Miora is a food systems specialist with eight years of experience designing and managing large-scale development and humanitarian programs in Madagascar. Passionate about sustainable rural development, she has worked closely with government institutions, NGOs, and international donors to strengthen food security and agricultural value chains across the country.

Currently serving with the U.S. Department of State, she leads humanitarian assistance programs focused on nutrition and WASH. Her professional interests include food security, nutrition, and sustainable agriculture.

She holds an MSc in Food Security and Development from the University of Reading and an Agronomist Engineering degree from the University of Antananarivo.
