Mitantsoa Diamondra SOLOFONIARY

Mitantsoa is an education and language specialist from Madagascar with over 10 years of experience in the field of education, specialising in curriculum design, applied linguistics, and programme management. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education Sciences from École Normale Supérieure d’Antananarivo and a Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics from Bangor University.

She currently serves as Course Design Lead at Onja Madagascar, a social enterprise that trains underprivileged Malagasy youth into world-class software developers. Overseeing curriculum design, programme development, and quality management for Onja’s English education programme. She also ensures the scaling of the programme and prepares students with the language and intercultural communication skills needed to thrive in global work environments.
