Olivier Donat ANDRIAMAHEFAPARANY

Olivier Donat is the Program Director of the Master in Sustainable Development at ESSVA in Antsirabe. He is also a lecturer at the Catholic University of Madagascar. He also works as an independent consultant in a variety of areas including strategy, institutional reform.

He received a Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science from German Universities, and an MBA from the Lancaster University, UK, and an MPA from Harvard University. In 2009/2010, he was Humphrey Fellow at the University of Minnesota, USA.
